Training Pays can help young people aged 16-17 in South Yorkshire to achieve and engage in learning alongside their jobs and earn them a £250 bonus for completing qualifications
And
Training Pays helps employers increase their productivity and competitiveness by investing in the skills of their young employees. Employers also receive £250 for supporting their employee in their training.
PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS A LIMITED OFFER – Young people must be signed up to Training Pays before their 18th birthday. For Young People Training Pays can:- Pay you £250 to complete your qualification
- Find suitable qualifications to improve your career
- Provide you with any support and advice you need to improve your career
- Pay your employer £250 for supporting you achieve your ambitions
For Employers Training Pays can- Provide one to one support for both you and the young person to identify the relevant training.
- Provide free training to help your employee gain recognised qualifications.
- Pay your business £250 when the young person completes their training
To qualify for this, the young person must be working on average 16 hours per week and not be undertaking any nationally accredited training in their job.
